issue with connecting to computer

Postby raminoah » Mon Apr 22, 2013 10:13 am

Lately I have bought the device and used it for several days without any issue.
However, now the device is damage as he can’t load the OS (I see only the android icon on screen)
I have tried to reinstall the OS (as suggested in the instruction) however, when connect the device to PC (Win 7 64 bit)
The device isn’t recognized.

any advice?

download the drivers and manually install them in the windows 7 device manager.

1. download new firmware (drivers come with it inside the zip) and unzip them
2. right click "computer" select "manage" from the menu, it should have a shield and will launch a UAC question if you have UAC enabled, answer yes to this.
3. select device manager
4. plug in your device to the pc whilst pressing the service button
5. update the drives from the list of devices you should now see your device with a warning/question mark next to it in the device manager list
6. select the appropriate drivers from the unzipped driver folder
7. profit
