Wireless Mouse

Postby evoxfq » Tue Jan 28, 2014 6:37 am

Hi to all. I have this issue with my MK802iii.
Air-mouse was working fine and suddenly stopped working. On my PC mouse is working just fine.
And a wired mouse is working just fine on MK802iiis.
Any ideas?

Try this.
Here is the instructions for how to reset the measy RC11 and RC12 air mouse, if your air mouse dont work, you can try the following method to reset them:

Method 1:
First, unplug the USB receiver.
Second, install batteries.
When the indicator light OFF, press up key and down key at the same time, do not loosen
Then press ENTER key
Then loose these three keys at the same time.
Then the indicator light will be blink
Then insert the USB receiver, wait 3-5 seconds,
When indicator light is OFF, reset completed.

If Method 1 don’t work, then you can try the method 2:

First put the usb receiver on your PC’s USB port;
Second press the up key, down key and G key together, the indicator will light and then blink, after 3-5 seconds, the indicator will be off, and the reset completed.
Enjoy!

Have you "iPazzPort 2.4Ghz RF Mini Wireless Keyboards"? It looks like your's.
If so please look on http://ipazzportusa.com/contact/manuals-documentation/ --> iPazzPort Additional Resources and Problem Solving Documents --> How to Re-Sync your Keyboard and Dongle.

P.S.
Enclosed please find on https://www.mediafire.com/?2zp9c1z5jabr3kz --> Installation and operation.pdf.
See page 2, item 2:
"2 - It is recommended to use 2.4G wireless keyboard or mouse.
Please plug 2.4G receiver in the USB Host (or USB OTG port by port converter).
If plugged the mouse only, it shows built-in soft keyboard in the OS interface.
If plugged the physical keyboard, the soft keyboard will hide automatically."
I have connected RC11 to USB OTG port by port converter (OTG converter!) and
additional RF mouse to USB hub connected to USB Host.
All works excellent.
Try connect RF receiver to USB OTG port by OTG converter or OTG cable.
