MK802IV NAND is dead - stuck gpReadRetrial and FlashReadPage

Postby tosiara » Mon Apr 06, 2015 4:02 pm

Hi,

following up on this post: viewtopic.php?p=17425#p17425

Finally, looks like mine MK802IV nand is dead. Whenever I flash anything to NAND, either stock Android or Picuntu - it only boots once and fails. After hooking up UART I discovered this is probably caused by NAND, boot stuck in gpReadRetrial and FlashReadPage:

In case you hit same issue, there is a workaround: flash Linuxiums'm dual boot recovery kernel and then you can boot from microSD: https://plus.google.com/+IanMORRISON/posts/9DvTKTy99Yy
