MK802 or MK802 II?

Postby josephly » Thu Jan 17, 2013 3:55 am

Hi guys,

I got a Android 4.0 mini PC in hand, but I cannot make sure which is the correct model (no specific product name), could you please have a look at the below build.prop file and let me know if it is Mk802 or MK802 II?
And, I also would like to know if I can update the firmware of this mini PC. Thanks a lot.

MK802 has 512MB of Ram
MK802+ is the same form factor (female HDMI) but with 1GB Ram
MK802 II has 1GB ram, and a form factor that allows it to be plugged directly in your TV without additional cable (picture here: http://www.rikomagic.co.uk/mk802_2_images/1.jpg )

It is also very likely you got a clone. But overall, the main difference is the amount of ram
