Will this work with 720p TV's or is 1080 the minimum? I've had TV boxes in the past that wouldn't work because they'd only output to 1080p and my TV wouldn't adjust, giving me just a black screen.

The first devices have started shipping this week, the Rikomagic factory is working hard to fulfil all orders quickly. Those with the preorders dating back to June will receive theirs first. Apologies for the delays, Rikomagic is the first to release a box with the RK3288 processor and there have been numerous delays on the RK3288 from Rockchip and other suppliers which hasn't made their job easy. So thanks for your patience.

How does it work with these things (the mk902ii) ? Can you get the Android version and just flash it when a Linux distro is ready for it or are they effectively locked to android ? I'm looking for something faster than Raspberry PI's but it's got to be Linux and these look looooooverrrrrly !!

Yes these are Waaaayyy faster than the Pi, click on the link to linux edition devices on the top of the page and you'll see the current linux devices.

There will be a linux version of the MK902II soon!

I just recived my mk902ii
For some reason it wont boot at all
Ive tried with different batteries in the remote.

Why isnt there a pwoer button on the device..

Atm I dont know if its the remote, power adapter or the actuall device failing...

Is there any pure android room without root or modifications, want hbo and norwegian altibox to work.
I can get around the HBO part, but altibox tv app there is no way Im getting around the block if Im using modified/rooted room.
