Where do i change it from ntsc to fat32?

Is that still in the /system/etc/permissions/platform.xml ?

Because i can copy just fine in the internal memory, but not to sd card or usb. Even after editing the file, i am thinking that i also need to set it to FAT32.

I just needed to format my USB to FAT32, I did it in my Windows PC. It's really easy, look it up.

I have always used FAT32 to format my memory so i guess that is not my issue..

I get a java.io.IOException: write failed: ENOSPC error when trying to copy to extsd?

I can move/copy to usbhost1 and sdcard just fine. But extsd gives me an error.

edit: nevermind. i had not enough space left on my ectsd. how embarrasing.

concluison: the tip with write permission worked like a charm. my favorite browser and file manager works againthx for the great tip

What is the problem, error message, step that's gone wrong, etc?
Run into a problem? Need ***Mini PC/MK802 services***?

I don't feel comfortable to start coding and such and mess up my device ) Is there any "patch" or something that i can download that fix this problem similar to the "Fix the DTS audio patch"?

I would not really consider this as coding.. just a tweak to the permissions/platform.xml... a single line of text.. as long as you use a text editor that keeps the permissions of the file after saving (like the one with root explorer), you wont do any damage to the OS.
