Hi there, sorry for the delay.

the future device will simply add 1GB of Ram, I'm not 100% sure about DTS as i've not had much experience with it personally. Interesting question though.

Hi
I'm interested in buying this mini pc, but I have a few questions about connecting this device to my current samsung led screen, which sadly has only a vga and dvi connection.
So is it possible to use a hdmi to dvi adapter or an av to vga adapter? (I'm not sure if this device has vga output since it is not really visible when looking at the picture of the cable)
I am mostly concerned about using the hdmi adapter, because it will give an excellent output but the problem is that I don't know if it can work on this thing since, for comparison, it can't on the MK802.
And if it can, at what resolution?

Thanks in advance...

Hi, I have one 512MB version, is there image of SD card I can use to boot *ubuntu to vga ?
Good forum is http://forum.doozan.com/read.php?6,9197, tried to build images from http://www.cnx-software.com/2012/07/20/ ... are-packs/ as noted on http://txlab.wordpress.com/2012/08/01/c ... ia-player/ but no success, no signal detected on TV (HDMI)
and I am not sure if it booted at all as dhcp server was not requested for an IP - probably yes, LEDs on eth card were blinking.

Android is quite fine to play videos from hard drive (I have 2, each self powered from usb cable - nice)
but using youtube is a bit painful (system becomes lazy with each video).
Also I was unable to install skype from google play, package was incorrectly subscribed whenever downloading finished.
It happened sometimes to other apps (much smaller) but on next attempts it could succeed.

I read comments that mk802 is too hot when operating and subsequently it's sometimes hard to reestablish WIFI connection.
How is A10 Media PC+ operating? What's the temperature when you're usinng it for several hours? I would like to buy one to play movies from a NAS storage or DLNA server over 100 M/b ethernet network. How do you switch the unit on and off? Will the 1 GB unit play YouTube nicely? Are there any restictions for Google Play store?
