Is my Mk802II unrecoverable?

Postby pirrimanson » Mon Mar 18, 2013 9:14 pm

Hi all,

I received my mk802II a few days ago. I could install some apps, browse internet, reproduce videos and watch pictures from my microsd card. I turn off the device (with the microsd card inserted) and tried to turn it on again two days after.

Since then, my mk802II doesn't start. It shows the android splash screen and then reset itself (the light goes blue four a few seconds and then goes off). If I left the microsd inserted the light doesn't go on at all (it seems that the device doesn't even start with the sdcard inserted). Because I can't start the device with the microsd inserted is imposible to flash it.

I have tried with LiveSuite, but it doesn't recognize the device (i'm not even sure if it can be use with mk802II or it's only for mk802).

Any ideas?

Hi friends.
I've problem with my device. When I connect it to computer, there is no reaction from it. When I insert SD card in device and turn it on, the blue LED doesn't turn off. So I can't recover it.

I have also Win8 x64...
Be sure to use the OTG port to connect to PC...
Try the short circuit recovery method, it should work...

As I wrote, I connect device to computer using OTG port, but windows for serching drivers doesn't appear, and Live Suit can't find the device.
