Mk802 II USB Ports / PCB of MK802?

Hello,

documentation says that the MK802 II has three USB ports, one HOST, two OTG.
We bought three devices and noticed this is not the case!

The port marked with the "power symbol" cannot be used for data communication. Only as a power source.

Can both micro USB ports be used for data communication? If so, how? Which firmware?

The Allwinner A10 supports three USB ports, do you have a PCB which shows how the USB ports are connected?

@jbk2, the port marked with the power symbol can be used for data communication as well. In USB connections, data can be transferred as well as power. It is really difficult what you might be doing wrong or where the error is but in this case you have three working USB ports that can be used for data as well. From your post, it seems you’ve been unable to use the other port for data transfer as well. Please let us know how you used them or what you’ve diagnosed so far so that we can have some experimental results to give you an opinion on this.
