blue lead light goes off after 10 seconds

Postby univalle1974 » Sun May 19, 2013 1:04 am

The blue light in my device goes off after 10 seconds and with it the power to the unit; any recommendations, please?

How much power does your AC Adapter provide? A frequent reason for the device rebooting/stopping/behaving strangely is an underpowered AC Adapter.
1000mA seems to not be enough, 2000mA is what some people have been recommending.

If you can borrow another adapter to see if that's the root cause, I would check that first. If 2A does not do the trick, then it might be the device itself.

Thanks for your information; initially I thought it was the cable ending in USB and mini-USB had a broken wire.
