Green screen

Hi,
this is my first post on this forum.
I've recently adquired a unit of the V5, and I have a problem with it.
Randomly, the imagen turns into green - pink colour, like negative (attached image).

I've searched for some info about it, and it seems a problem with old TVs (mine is a philips) and HDMI.
I've connected the unit directly to the hdmi port.

Is it any way for solve this problem? Any firmware?

or port on tv???


you can get the v5 firmware from here http://www.rikomagic.co.uk/support.html and try re-flashing it
